The Cisco 6851 MPP with Multiplatform Phone firmware is the ideal system for businesses that want to update their phone systems from traditional analogue or digital based systems to an IP system. You can set the device up to support up to 4 SIP accounts.

The 6851 MPP phone supports an array of advanced telephony features. The line buttons are fully programmable, you can set up the line buttons to support either SIP registrations, or call features such as speed dialling. You can boost productivity in your company by handling multiple calls for each SIP registration, using the multiple calls per line appearance feature.

Fixed functions buttons on the device give you one touch access to service, messaging, directory, hold or resume and conference features. A full duplex speakerphone lets you set up clear multiparty conferences for flexible and productive collaboration.

The 6851 phone maintains the same user experience as their other phones. With a 3.5 inch grey scale display, the phone is optimised with a white back light for easy reading. The interface is also created with users in mind, with an easy to use traditional telephony like experience.
